The
recipe:
Tagliolini with culatello
Ingredients (serves 4)
100 g culatello,
300 g tagliolini (sort of tagliatelle),
1 clove of garlic,
8 cherry tomatoes,
butter,
cheese,
parsley,
extravirgin olive oil.
Preparation
Cut some thick slices of culatello and put them into
a pan with oil and a clove of garlic.
Adjust with salt and pepper, add a few cherry tomatoes and sprinkle some white
wine while frying.
Mix in the noodles and dress with butter, parsley and Parmiggiano-Reggiano.
