Chicken salami with avocado in pepper sauce
1 chicken breast, 1 avocado, 1 red pepper, tuna
fish, chive, oil, salt, pepper.
the chicken breast till it gets thin before covering with chive, tuna,
salt and pepper. Roll it back into a plastic film to form a sort of salami
and steam for about 15 min while preparing the sauce.
Sauce: roast the pepper, peel it and grind machinally together with oil
and a pinch of salt. Cut the chicken salami into slices and serve with
pepper sauce and avocado cut a la julienne.
