250 g puff-pastry,
100 g wild berries (fresh),
2 tbsp. sugar, 250 g custard.
Custard: 250 ml milk, 3 egg-yolks, 30 g flour.
Roll out the pastry-dough into a thin layer
and bake for about 10 min while preparing the custard.
Custard: mix egg-yolks, sugar an flour. Let milk boil and pour it into the batter.
Put on the flame and mix till the cream thickens.
Wild berries sauce: put the wild berries to the boil with 2 tablespoons of sugar
and let simmer uo to 50% reduction.
Make-up: cut the puff layer into squares and spread each one of them with custard
