Bavarian
fore rib and chops of Merinos lamb
Ingredients (serves 2)
800 g bavarian fore rib, chops of Merinos lamb,
aubergines,
courgettes, carots, herbs
(thymus, rosemary, basil, parsley etc.),
garlic, salt and oil.
Preparation
Roast
the meat pieces on the grill in the wished sizes by dressing them with
a mix of oil, salt and herbs. Cut the vegetables into slices, grill and
dress with oil, minced garlic and herbs at pleasure.
