Housed in a 13th century palace, the restaurant offers the traditional range of local dishes with an elegant touch in the choice of ingredients (fois gras, truffle, mushrooms). A pleasant dinner can be enjoyed in the old stable, recently transformed into a welcoming “cantina”.

The recipe:
Bavarian
fore rib and chops of Merinos lamb

Ingredients (serves 2)
800 g bavarian fore rib, chops of Merinos lamb,
aubergines,
courgettes, carots, herbs
(thymus, rosemary, basil, parsley etc.),
garlic, salt and oil.

Preparation
Roast the meat pieces on the grill in the wished sizes by dressing them with a mix of oil, salt and herbs. Cut the vegetables into slices, grill and dress with oil, minced garlic and herbs at pleasure.
