The Ristoratori di Parma is a quality club promoted by Fiepet Confesercenti. It
continues its activity by publishing - for the fourth time since the group’s establishment
in the year 2000 - a new guide to enogastronomic routes.
The guide aims
to offer a valid instrument for those wishing to taste the famous typical products
of our region, as well as those looking for new tastes and gastronomic combinations.
